All orders are processed, packed, and quality-checked at our central fulfillment facility in Mohali, Punjab:
- Standard Dispatch Window: Orders are verified and handed over to logistics partners within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation.
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday) are prioritized for same-day dispatch subject to operational capacity.
- Weekends & Public Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or gazetted national holidays are prepared and dispatched on the immediate following business day.

4. Shipping Rates & Thresholds
All supplement prices displayed on our website are inclusive of 18% statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST).
5. Consignment Tracking & AWB Numbers
We keep you updated throughout your order's journey:
- Upon warehouse pickup, an automated notification containing the logistics carrier name and unique Airway Bill (AWB) tracking number is sent to your registered WhatsApp number, SMS, and email.
- You can click the tracking link directly to follow the live checkpoint scans until delivery at your doorstep.
6. Tamper-Evident Packaging & Acceptance Advice
Every product tub, pouch, and container is cushioned inside 5-ply heavy-duty corrugated cartons and sealed with branded tamper-evident security tape.
7. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
The assigned courier executive will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. Prior to delivery, an automated out-for-delivery notification or courier phone call will be made.
Please ensure that your shipping address includes complete street details, nearby landmark, and a valid 6-digit Indian pincode, alongside an active mobile phone number to prevent delivery re-routing.
